To ensure that everything is clean and tidy, the on-site cleaning staff needs several hours to prepare the property and villa before your arrival. Usually, other guests vacate the villa on the day of your arrival by 10 am at the latest, while new guests also arrive. To find out if an earlier check-in is possible, you can contact the local contact person by phone. The contact details of the person who will receive you will be provided in the arrival information. However, please note that this is not guaranteed.
Unfortunately, no. After your departure, the cleaning team will thoroughly clean the property and villa so that the next guests can feel as comfortable as you did before your arrival. Please plan your departure so that you take a short walk with the property manager just before 10 am and then receive your deposit back.
If your arrival is delayed, please contact the host. We have provided you with all the information such as name, phone number, email, and address, so you can easily reach the host on the day of arrival, even if it's late in the evening. The host will welcome you at the villa.
Yes, it is essential that you can present identification, as every guest must be registered with the Croatian Tourist Board.
It is possible that some search engines and navigation providers may not accurately locate addresses or may not find them at all. This is especially possible in rural areas despite modern technology. To work around this issue, we will provide you with the exact coordinates of the villa in advance via email. You can simply copy them from the arrival information and then use them either on your smartphone or navigation system. You can rely on the provided coordinates to be 100% accurate.
The amount of the deposit varies depending on the holiday accommodation. The exact amount will be specified in the details of each accommodation and also on the booking confirmation. Upon your arrival at the holiday property, the deposit in cash will be deposited in the specified amount. If no damages occur, the deposit will be refunded to you upon your departure in the same manner. However, if you cause any damage, you are obligated to reimburse the full amount for the damage, regardless of the deposit's value. This can be easily processed through your household or other insurance. In this case, the deposit will be withheld and fully refunded once the insurance has processed the claim and transferred the amount to the owner.

To make a booking, please ensure that all questions within your travel group are clarified first. Begin by selecting your desired dates on the calendar, and then click 'Book Now' or 'Send Booking Inquiry.' The system will then guide you to enter the necessary details.
If you choose the 'Book Now' option, you will receive an automatic booking confirmation.
If you opt for a 'Booking Inquiry,' we will review availability and your preferences, and subsequently send you a booking confirmation via email.
For payment, depending on the property, you have the option to choose between credit card payment via the reliable STRIPE system or SEPA bank transfer with IBAN and BIC. Properties that can only be booked upon request can exclusively be paid for through SEPA bank transfer.
We utilize the secure STRIPE system for authorizing and processing credit card payments. The input and transmission of your personal data and credit card information adhere to the highest security standards provided by the online credit card authorization system, STRIPE. These standards align with the requirements of cardholders, credit card brands, and the PCI DSS standard. Authorization and credit card charges are processed in real-time through STRIPE.
The deposit amount, depending on the property, ranges from 20% to 50% of the total amount (as stated in the individual villa description) and is due immediately upon booking. The remaining payment is to be made as specified in the individual villa description (4-6 weeks prior to arrival or in cash upon arrival).
Your booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the agreed payments.
The accommodation price includes the cost of lodging, water, gas, electricity, internet, pool and outdoor area maintenance, as well as the use of bed linen, towels, toiletries, and kitchen utensils. Additionally, the price includes VAT and tourist tax.
Some villas may have additional charges for optional services such as pet accommodation or additional cleaning requests. You can find the specific terms and costs for these additional services in the individual villa descriptions or obtain this information from us.
If you would like to make changes to your booking, please send us a request for booking modification. We will review your request and make the changes if possible.
Yes, you have the option to cancel your booking at any time, according to the cancellation policies accepted during the booking process and our general terms and conditions.
