Villa Red is an elegant holiday villa for up to 8 people, with a swimming pool and garage. It offers a view of the sea as well as the majestic mountains of the Biokovo mountain range. The villa is located at the foot of the Biokovo mountains, only 2 km from the beautiful beaches, and promises relaxation for you and your family. The entire house is bright and modern. With 3 bedrooms, each with king-size double beds and en-suite bathrooms, this modern villa offers all the comfort for 6 to 8 people. The spacious bedrooms have flat-screen TVs and their own terraces. In two of the bedrooms, an extra bed for a child up to 12 years old can be provided if needed. The bathrooms are equipped with large showers, toilets, washbasins as well as soaps and towels. On the ground floor is the living area, consisting of the fully equipped kitchen with dining area and the living room. A guest toilet is also available. The kitchen offers all appliances, from an automatic coffee machine to a fridge-freezer, as well as a large central bar and a dining table for 8 people. The living room is bright and modern, with a cosy sofa and a large satellite TV. All rooms are air-conditioned, and WiFi is available free of charge, as well as bed linen. From the dining area, you can access the large terrace with a Weber grill and lounge furniture for relaxing, as well as the 24 m² pool with a depth of 140 cm and a counter-current system. Sun loungers and parasols provide relaxation and bathing fun in a perfect ambience. The outdoor area of the house is designed with Mediterranean plants and offers a garage as well as several parking spaces. Pets are welcome (max. 1 dog up to 10kg, surcharge 7 EUR per day)

Together with the living and dining area, the terraces and the garden, you will find more than 150m² of living comfort and over 2000m² of garden space.The living area has a fully equipped kitchen with a bar, a large dining table, and a private balcony with stunning sea views. There is also a separate bathroom with shower and toilet. Satellite TV, underfloor heating, WiFi and air conditioning are available.A covered terrace with table and benches offers space for communal barbecue dinners and a beautiful view of the sea, the island of Brac and the sunset. A large drinks fridge with various non-alcoholic drinks and wine is available, you can take the drinks as needed, the bill will be settled at the end of your stay.The first apartment has 2 bedrooms with double beds and 2 en-suite bathrooms with shower and toilet. The bedrooms have sea views.The second apartment has one bedroom with a double bed, and in the additional living space there is a small kitchen with a fridge. There is also an additional pull-out sofa bed for 2 people. The en-suite bathroom has a shower and toilet. All rooms are air-conditioned.The 26m² pool of Villa Sara is 80 to 160cm deep and heated. Sunbeds and parasols allow for bathing fun and relaxation, surrounded by olive trees the pool terrace offers absolute privacy and peace, nothing and no one will disturb you here. There is also a hot tub and private showers in the adjacent indoor area.A washing machine and tumble dryer are available in the house. Satellite TV, WiFi and air conditioning are available in all rooms.The garden has a brick barbecue with seating area. The spacious garden offers different resting places, where you can read, laze, sunbathe or just enjoy the view of the sea. Several private parking spaces for guests are available in front of the property.
