Description
Villa Petra is a villa built in Dalmatian style with a stone façade, and has four bedrooms with double beds and three bathrooms. In total, Villa Petra can accommodate 8 to 10 people.
The villa has a 230m² terrace with a private heated pool of 26m².
The living area is 340m² and all areas are fully air-conditioned.
The large outdoor area offers a swimming pool with sun loungers, a large pergola with summer kitchen and grill as well as seating area and dining table.
On the ground floor of the house there is a spacious living area: living room with sofa and fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, the dining area, a bathroom with shower, WC and washing machine, as well as access to the terrace.
On the 1st floor there are three bedrooms, 1 bathroom and the terrace with a stunning sea view. The first floor is also accessible from outside via stairs.
On the 2nd floor you will find another bedroom with a double bed, as well as an additional living room area with a sofa bed for a further 2 people, and also a separate bathroom.
Bed linen, towels and pool towels are provided.
Fold-out beds, cots and high chairs are available upon request.
Parking spaces for several cars are reserved on the property for our guests.
Villa Petra was built on a 570m² plot of land, and is approximately 1.4km from Makarska's old town. The garden is beautifully designed with Mediterranean plants, olive trees and palms, the property is surrounded by cascading walls, and offers privacy and security.
Pets are welcome (max. 3 dogs, up to 25kg, surcharge 100 EUR per dog).

The host was really responsive and nice. The one thing is that in the listing it doesn’t say anything about not having music/ noise. We had one night where 9 of us played games outside and were having fun but were later asked to not play music at nigsee more

Seemed to be ok during the day so maybe just more of a stay for families and less for birthdays given the noise stuff. I did really enjoy my time though.

We had the most amazing holiday in Markaska, from arriving at the villa to leaving the whole experience was fantastic. The hosts were brilliant, always on hand via message for anything you needed. Not that we needed anything other than our holiday clsee more

Not that we needed anything other than our holiday clothes, toiletries and factor. Everything was supplied and when i say everything i mean I've never been to a villa so fully equipped with everything. Stunningly decorated, very clean, lots of towels, hair dryers, washing powder, washing up liquid, food hamper, just everything you can think of. Thank you for everything you did for us, we will be back again.

Vi var två familjer, 4 föräldrar med äldre barn (16 år och äldre) totalt 8 personer som bodde i Villa Petra. De bilder som fanns i presentationen stämde överens med verkligheten vilket var helt fantastiskt. Poolen var underbar. 1.6 m djup. Det fanns see more
Vi var två familjer, 4 föräldrar med äldre barn (16 år och äldre) totalt 8 personer som bodde i Villa Petra. De bilder som fanns i presentationen stämde överens med verkligheten vilket var helt fantastiskt. Poolen var underbar. 1.6 m djup. Det fanns madrasser som kunde användas i poolen. Det fanns flera ställen att vistas på utomhus. Det fanns en uteplats med en fantastisk murad grill som var placerad med utsikt mot havet. Där fanns det även plats att äta under en pergola. Inomhus så var det rent och fint. Ett 100% utrustat kök, vi saknade inget. Det fanns Tv i alla rum. 3 badrum med jättefina duschar. Aircondition var perfekt, det var separata aggregat i alla rum. Bemötandet och kommunikationen med värden var perfekt. Fick även hjälp med bokningar av Taxi mm. under vistelsen. Vi är 100% nöjda och kan med glädje rekommendera detta boende. Vi hoppas vi kommer återvända.

Eine fantastische Villa mit sehr hohem Standard! Vier schöne Schlafzimmer mit bequemen Betten und eigenem Badezimmer. Eine Außenterrasse mit einem wirklich schönen beheizten Pool und schönen Sonnenliegen, die Aussicht und der Sonnenuntergang waren magisch. Gut ausgestattete Küche mit schönem Grillplatz im Außenbereich. Sehr guter Service und schnelle Antworten vom Gastgeber.
