New, stylish holiday villa with swimming pool and hot tub, only 100m from Kamena beach in Tucepi!

Villa Aria offers all the prerequisites for an unforgettable holiday in Croatia on 200m² of living space. The house is generously and modernly designed. The holiday can begin as soon as you enter the house.

From the fully equipped kitchen with wine cooler and dining area with large dining table, to the exit to the terrace with Weber gas grill and extra dining area on the terrace. The spacious living room offers relaxation chairs and an extravagant sofa. Relax here with your favourite reading material and forget about time and everyday life.

On the ground floor there is also a bathroom with shower and a washing machine. Exit to the terrace and to the swimming pool, with sun loungers and areas with lounge furniture. Enjoy the time at the heated swimming pool and hot tub, with Mediterranean plants in the beautifully landscaped garden all around.

The 3 individually designed bedrooms are located on the upper floor, with large double beds, air conditioning and TV, beautiful sea and mountain views. Each bedroom has a private bathroom with shower or bathtub, toilet, mirror.
Towels and bed linen are provided.
Electric blinds are available in all rooms, air conditioning, satellite TV.

A garage for 2 cars as well as parking spaces directly at the house are available on the fenced property. It is only a 100m walk to the sea and beach. The centre with supermarket and restaurants is also within walking distance.

There are three separate bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and shower — very convenient and private. The living room and kitchen are extremely spacious, well-equipped, and perfect for spending time together. The pool is fantastic, with comfortable sunbeds around it — great for relaxing during the day. The whole house is very stylish, modern, and thoughtfully designed. Everything was super comfortable and well-maintained. Highly recommended — we would definitely come back again!

Traumhafte Villa

Die Villa Aria ist traumhaft und stilvoll ausgestattet. Pool, Jacuzzi, Gasgrill, viele Bäder, eins mit Wanne, Klimaanlagen , bequeme Betten und großzügiger Wohnküche. Viele Sitz und Liegemöglichkeiten, große Garage und schöne Bepflanzung . Rundum geschützt eingezäunt. Fussweg zum Meer sind ca 100m , zum hervorragenden Restaurant Ranc bergauf in 8 min. Nach Makarska mit dem Auto sind es 5 min .Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit und es gab nichts auszusetzen. Wir werden auf alle Fälle wieder buchen. Vielen Dank an die freundlichen Vermieter und die Agentur.
