Villa Blue is an elegant holiday villa for up to 8 people, featuring a swimming pool and garage. It offers views of the sea as well as the majestic mountains of the Biokovo range. Situated at the foot of Biokovo, just 2 km from the beaches of Makarska, the villa promises relaxation for you and your family. The entire house is flooded with light and modernly equipped.
With 3 bedrooms, each featuring king-size double beds and en-suite bathrooms, this modern villa provides all the comforts for 6 to 8 people. The spacious bedrooms come with flat-screen TVs and private terraces. If needed, extra beds are available for children up to 12 years old in two of the bedrooms.
The bathrooms are equipped with large showers, toilets, washbasins, as well as soaps and towels.
On the ground floor, you'll find the living area, consisting of a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and the living room. A guest toilet is also available. The kitchen boasts all appliances, from an automatic coffee machine to the fridge-freezer, along with a large central breakfast bar and a dining table for 8 people.
The living room is bright and modern, featuring a comfortable couch and a large satellite TV.
All rooms are air-conditioned, and complimentary Wi-Fi is available, as well as bed linen.
From the dining area, you can access the large terrace with a Weber grill and lounge furniture for relaxation, as well as the 24 m² heated pool with a depth of 140 cm and a counter-current system. Sun loungers and umbrellas provide relaxation and enjoyment in perfect surroundings.
The outdoor area of the house is landscaped with Mediterranean plants and offers a garage as well as multiple parking spaces.
Pets are welcome (max. 1 dog, up to 10kg in weight. Surcharge 7 EUR per day).

Der Ausblick und die Sonnenuntergänge sind ein Traum. Die Villa und vor allem die Küche ist sehr umfangreich ausgestattet und sehr sauber alles. Die freundlichen Vermieter waren bei Fragen immer erreichbar und gaben uns auch gute Restaurant-/Strand-Tipps.

Auf der einen Seite mit Blick auf das Meer und den Inseln zur einen Seite und der Blick auf das Biokovogebirge zur anderen Seite - einfach toll! Die moderne Ausstattung der Villa Blue ist absolut TOP und lässt keine Wünsche übrig! Die 3 Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad, alle Zimmer mit großen Schiebetüren, sodass überall viel Licht reinkommt, aber auch viel freie Sicht auf das Meer. Die Terrasse mit Pool und Webergrill laden zum verweilen ein. Viele Kleinigkeiten sind für den perfekten Urlaub vorbereitet: Strandtaschen mit ausreichend Strandhandtüchern, einem Wasserspender, ausreichend Hand- und Badetücher bis hin zum Bettwäschewechsel nach einer Woche. Wir werden uns sehr gerne an den Traumurlaub erinnern und können die Villa Blue nur empfehlen. |
