Villa Sara, with a pool and panoramic sea views, perched on a hill overlooking the city of Makarska. This beautiful stone house in Dalmatian style offers absolute relaxation for you and your family, nestled amidst nature and surrounded by a large olive grove. Equipped with a pool and a whirlpool, Villa Sara provides holiday comfort for 6+2 persons.
The house is divided into 2 apartments, each offering a private retreat with a bedroom and bathroom. Along with the living and dining areas, terraces, and garden, you'll find over 150m² of living space and more than 2000m² of garden area.
The living area features a fully equipped kitchen with a bar, a large dining table, and a private balcony with breathtaking sea views. Additionally, there is a separate bathroom with a shower and toilet. Satellite TV, underfloor heating, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning are available.
A covered terrace with a table and benches provides space for shared dinners from the grill, offering stunning views of the sea, Brac Island, and the sunset. Here, you'll also find a large drinks fridge stocked with various non-alcoholic beverages and wine, which you can enjoy as needed, with charges settled at the end of your stay.
The first apartment features 2 bedrooms with double beds and 2 en-suite bathrooms with showers and toilets. The bedrooms boast sea views. The second apartment has one bedroom with a double bed, and the additional living area includes a small kitchenette with a fridge. Here, there's also another pull-out sofa bed for 2 persons. The en-suite bathroom features a shower and toilet. All rooms are air-conditioned.
The pool at Villa Sara is 26m² and heated, with a depth ranging from 80 to 160cm. Sun loungers and umbrellas provide the perfect setting for relaxation, surrounded by olive trees, ensuring absolute privacy and tranquility on the pool terrace.
Adjacent to the pool, there is also a whirlpool and private showers. A washing machine and dryer are available in the house. Satellite TV, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning are provided in all rooms.
The garden features a stone barbecue with seating. With various peaceful spots, you can read, lounge, sunbathe, or simply enjoy the sea view. Several private parking spaces are available for guests in front of the property.
