The terrace invites you to bask in the sun and unwind. A heated, spacious pool of 32 m², including a built-in whirlpool, ensures delightful swimming experiences. A part of the pool is covered, adjacent to which is a sauna. Additionally, showers and sun loungers are available for relaxation after swimming. The well-maintained garden surrounds the luxurious terrace and provides the opportunity for outdoor grilling and dining.
This impressive villa spans three floors. From the ground floor, you access the terrace on the first floor, where the fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances is located. The living room is furnished with a smart TV and an indoor fireplace. The dining area adjoins the balcony, allowing you to enjoy breathtaking views of the sea. The balcony is furnished with comfortable seating, inviting you to relax with a glass of Croatian wine. This floor also houses another bedroom with a king-size bed and its own bathroom with a bathtub.
