The living area includes a kitchen with a ceramic hob, dishes, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and microwave, as well as the dining area.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (160x200cm) and offers sea views. An additional person can sleep on the sofa in the living area. A baby cot and high chair are available upon request.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet, with a hairdryer provided, along with towels and bed linen. A washing machine is available on the ground floor of the house.
Satellite TV and Wi-Fi are provided free of charge, as well as air conditioning in all rooms. Guest parking is available directly at the house. The apartment is 35m² in size, with an additional 6m² for the terrace.
On the ground floor of the house, there is a communal area known as the Konoba, equipped with a built-in barbecue and seating area.
The apartment building is located in a quiet residential area on Veliko Brdo, the hill overlooking the city of Makarska, surrounded by olive groves and lush greenery. The sea and beach are approximately 1km away, and the city center of Makarska is 1,5km away.
Guests have access to a swimming pool and sun loungers for shared use with other guests of the house (2 more apartments in the building).
