Apartment for 4 guests, with breathtaking views of the city, the sea, and the Dalmatian islands of Hvar and Brac.
Situated on the first floor, the apartment offers a beautiful view from its terrace, furnished with seating and shaded by an awning, perfect for admiring the sea and islands. The apartment itself spans 45m², with an additional 8m² terrace.
The living area features a fully equipped kitchen, including a ceramic and gas hob, oven, dishes, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, and kettle.
The bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed (180x200cm) and offers stunning sea views. Additionally, two more guests can be accommodated on the sofa bed in the living area. A baby cot and high chair are available upon request.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet, complete with a hairdryer and washing machine. Towels and bed linen are provided.
Satellite TV and Wi-Fi are provided free of charge, and air conditioning is available in all rooms.
Outside, guests have access to a shared swimming pool, along with sun loungers and umbrellas. On the ground floor of the building, there is a communal area known as the Konoba, featuring a barbecue and seating area.
Nestled in a tranquil residential area on Veliko Brdo, the hill overlooking the city of Makarska, surrounded by olive groves and lush greenery, the apartment is approximately 1 km from the sea and beach, and 1.5 km from the city center of Makarska.
Guest parking is available directly at the house. The swimming pool with sun loungers is available for shared use (with 2 other apartments in the entire building).
