Villa Marko is a villa built in the Dalmatian style with a stone facade. The house features two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed, as well as a double bed on the gallery. There are three bathrooms available.
Additionally, Villa Marko offers a separate, fully equipped living apartment (detached from the main house) including a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, kitchen, and private bathroom. In total, Villa Marko can accommodate 8 people.
The villa boasts a large terrace with a private heated swimming pool of 24m², seating area and grill, high-quality garden furniture, loungers, and umbrellas. Enjoy views of the sea and the islands of Brac and Hvar, as well as the Biokovo mountain range.
The living area spans 220m² and all areas are fully air-conditioned.
On the ground floor of the house, you'll find a spacious living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area for 8 people, a bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as access to the terrace.
On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and the terrace with sea views. On the gallery, you'll find another bedroom with a double bed.
In the basement, there's a wine cellar and a spacious Konoba. The Konoba includes a fully equipped kitchen, seating for 20 people, and a fireplace that doubles as a grill. Additionally, there's a bathroom with shower and toilet.
The separate living apartment, located just 3m behind the main house, provides comfort for 2 people: a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen, and a separate bathroom with shower, toilet, and washing machine.
Bed linen, towels, and pool towels are provided.
Parking spaces for multiple cars are directly in front of the house on the property reserved for our guests.
Villa Marko is situated on a 460m² plot of land, approximately 1.4km from the old town of Makarska. The garden is landscaped with Mediterranean plants, olive trees, and palms, surrounded by cascading walls, providing privacy and security.
Pets are welcome (max. 3 dogs, up to 25 kg in weight)
