Are you searching for a holiday destination offering tranquility and serenity? An escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and the noise of the city? Villa Divino provides absolute privacy, surrounded by birdsong and the gentle rustling of leaves in the warm summer breeze, complemented by a breeze of fresh sea air.
Villa Divino is situated in a secluded location, away from other buildings in the historic village of Tucepi, boasting breathtaking views of the open sea, as well as the islands of Brac and Hvar. It offers a decelerated and serene experience amidst lush greenery, within a 2,500m² garden featuring vegetable patches, olive and fig trees, along with its own wine cellar where tastings of Croatian red and white wines can be arranged - all with a view of the sea!
The house comprises 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 people. On the ground floor, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and access to the spacious terrace with a heated pool, seating, and sun loungers. Additionally, there's a bedroom with two single beds and an adjoining bathroom, as well as a bedroom with a double bed and a separate bathroom.
The first floor offers another bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom, along with a private living area featuring a large kitchen and dining table, as well as a sofa that can be converted into a sofa bed if needed.
In the lower part of the house, there's a spacious konoba with sea views and seating for 15 people, where wine tastings can be organized upon request. The adjacent private wine cellar is owned by the passionate hobby winemaker, who has received multiple awards for his own creations of red and white wines.
At the back of the house, you'll find a large stone table with seating for 8 people, right next to the built-in barbecue, perfect for cozy grill evenings. In the private garden, you can harvest fresh vegetables for salads and side dishes or pick fresh figs.
Private parking spaces are available 80m away from the house. Pets (dog) are allowed with prior arrangement.
