This holiday villa is ideal for families looking to spend an unforgettable vacation in Croatia.
Villa Vivace offers stunning views of the sea and the island of Hvar and is situated at the foot of the Biokovo Mountains, near the city and the beaches. Spend your family holiday in this new villa surrounded by lush nature, yet very close to the city and the beaches.
Villa Vivace is modernly furnished and features three bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with two single beds.
There are three bathrooms, two of which are en-suite and private in the rooms. In the living area, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and a living room with a sofa, armchairs, and a large satellite TV. Wi-Fi is available, as well as a washing machine and a dryer.
Bed linen and towels, as well as pool towels, are provided.
A special highlight of the house is the large games room with fitness equipment, table tennis, and darts.
On the spacious terrace, there is a dining table and a brick barbecue, as well as the 30m² heated pool with sun loungers, parasols, and an outdoor shower.
The view of the sea is simply fantastic.
Parking is available directly on the property, as well as a charging station for electric cars. The property is fully fenced.
Pets are welcome (max. 2 dogs, up to 20kg in weight).

The only thing that I can think of is the speed of the internet which could be a bit faster. But it is still enough to watch Netflix, and in a villa like this you really don't want to go online...

Villa has a fantastic location and is a beautiful house. Out kids loved the pool and the table tennis. The hosts were incredibly attentive and made our stay even better. All in all, it was a fantastic vacation. We'd love to come back.

Vi hadde et fantastisk opphold på Villa Vivace i Makarska! Beliggenheten ved foten av Biokovo-fjellet med utsikt over havet og øya Hvar er rett og slett fantastisk. Villaen er moderne innredet og tilbyr all den komforten man kan ønske seg. Soverommene er romslige og komfortable, hver med eget bad, noe som var spesielt behagelig. Det fullt utstyrte kjøkkenet og den koselige stuen gjorde det enkelt for oss å føle oss hjemme. Vi satte særlig pris på det store spillrommet med treningsutstyr og bordtennis, perfekt for hyggelige kvelder. Terrassen med oppvarmet basseng, grill og et spisebord utendørs var vårt favorittsted for å nyte solen og utsikten. MaDuHoliday og vertene, Martina og Dusko, var svært vennlige og hjelpsomme, og bookingen og kommunikasjonen gikk smertefritt. Vi kan varmt anbefale Villa Vivace og ser allerede frem til vårt neste opphold her!

Furthermore, Villa Marko offers a separate, fully equipped living apartment (separated from the house) including a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a kitchen and a private bathroom. In total, 8 people can stay at Villa Marko.
The villa has a large terrace with a private heated swimming pool of 24m², a seating area and a grill, high-quality garden furniture, loungers and parasols. It offers a view of the sea and the islands of Brac and Hvar as well as the Biokovo mountains.
The living space is 220m² and all areas are fully air-conditioned. On the ground floor of the house there is a spacious living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area for 8 people, a bathroom with shower and toilet, and the exit to the terrace.
On the 1st floor there are two bedrooms, 1 bathroom and the terrace with sea view. On the gallery you will find another bedroom with a double bed.
