The Seafront Villa Nova is located directly on the sea and beach in a picturesque bay near Selca and Sumartin, on the island of Brac, and offers breathtaking views of the sea. The beach is just a few metres from the house. The villa has generously designed rooms, large terraces and an infinity pool.
On the ground floor is the living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and the open living room. There is also a large bedroom with a double bed, a walk-in wardrobe and a spacious en-suite bathroom. The terrace offers a summer kitchen, a shaded seating area, lounge furniture, a large built-in barbecue area and the infinity pool with a view of the sea, sun loungers and parasols, as well as an outdoor shower.
On the upper level of the house there are three more generously designed bedrooms, each with their own access and en-suite bathroom. Guests also have access to a garage and a small area with fitness equipment. For fun in the sea, paddle boards are available, and bicycles for tours in the surrounding area are provided. A motor yacht can be rented at any time (for an additional fee).
