Seafront Villa Nova is situated directly on the sea and beach in a picturesque bay near Selca and Sumartin, on the island of Brac, offering breathtaking views of the sea. The beach is just a few meters from the house. The villa features generously designed rooms, large terraces, and an infinity pool.
On the ground floor, you'll find the living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and the open living room. Additionally, there is a spacious bedroom with a double bed, a walk-in closet, and a spacious en-suite bathroom. The terrace offers its own summer kitchen, a shaded seating area, lounge furniture, a large built-in barbecue area, as well as the infinity pool overlooking the sea, sun loungers and umbrellas, and an outdoor shower.
On the upper level of the house, there are three more generously designed bedrooms, each with its own access and en-suite bathroom. Guests also have access to a garage and a small area with fitness equipment. For sea fun, paddle boards are available, and bicycles are provided for tours in the area. A motor yacht can be rented at any time (for an additional fee).
